PROGRESS PAYMENT AND PRACTICAL COMPLETION INSPECTION

Dilapidation reports are very detailed reports and outline the structural and general condition of a structure at a point in time.   This type of a report is normally used for existing buildings that are close to new major construction works, such as roads and multi storey buildings. New damage to existing structures can easily be identified and may possibly be claimed.
